For years now the true “jewel”: a careful selection of Pinot and Chardonnay grapes contrive to produce a harmonious, well-balanced wine and a must as an aperitif.

With a distinct citrus-fruit aroma that epitomises the age-old flavours of the Mediterranean, limoncello can be rightly considered one of the most famous liqueurs in the world. It was first made in the early twentieth century between Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi Coast , however its actual origin is still a matter of contention.
The result of simple yet scrupulous artisanal preparation, it is made from select lemon peels macerated in alcohol - a process that imparts both deep colour and full taste.
Ideal as an aperitif or after-meal digestif, it can be drunk straight either iced or at room temperature or mixed with tonic water or champagne. It makes an unusual but distinctive addition to fresh fruit salads or delicate sorbets.

Known since the Middle Ages, and invented according to popular myth by the Benedictine abbot Dom Pierre Pérignon, champagne originated in France and is today produced in some 34,000 hectares of French vineyards.

Specific appellation, manual harvesting and double fermentation are just some of the characteristics of this world-famous sparkling wine.
